Office Floor Space Modernizations

Over the last eight years, 16 of the 22 offices tower floors have been modernized to provide an improved environment. Modernization of the remaining 6 floors is scheduled on a floor-by-floor basis over the coming years.

Construction work for the 3rd Floor East has now started. Behind the walls and above the ceiling, the original building system have been upgraded or replaced to ensure efficient building operation and tenant comfort. New furniture and IT infrastructure will be installed.

Construction work for the modernization of the 3rd Floor West is scheduled to start in the future.
