Office Floor Space Modernizations

Over the last eight years, 13 of the 22 office tower floors have been modernized to provide an improved work environment. Modernization of the remaining 9 floors is scheduled on a floor-by-floor basis over the coming years.

Construction work for the 1st Floor East project is now completed, with new furniture and IT infrastructure also installed. Commencing at the beginning of October, occupants of this floor will benefit from the bright, colourful design, and improved lighting and air conditioning. Behind the walls and above the ceiling, the original building systems have been upgraded or replaced to ensure efficient building operation and tenant comfort.

Construction work for the modernization of the 4th Floor East is scheduled to start in the very near future.
